Where is my data stored?
On your own device. The app has no account and no cloud sync, so your dominos, check-ins, mood entries and journal notes never leave your phone. More detail in our Privacy Policy.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. The app works completely offline, every day, forever. It makes no network requests at all.
I got a new phone — can I move my data across?
Not at the moment. Because everything is stored locally for privacy, your history does not transfer between devices. It is on the list.
How do I change my eight dominos?
Open Settings and use Edit Your Dominos. You can set a different activity for each domino on each day of the week, so a Monday does not have to look like a Saturday.
How do I turn the daily reminder on or off?
Open Settings and toggle Daily Reminders. It nudges you at 9pm to check in on the day. If the toggle will not stay on, your phone has blocked notifications for the app — turn them back on in your device's own Settings, under Notifications.
How do I start over?
Open Settings and tap Delete All Data. That clears everything immediately and cannot be undone.
